What Are We Doing?

Change for the better – how to start living your life with you in the driving seat! An opportunity to find out how to get fired up and focussed and get the best out of your life, work and relationships.

Think about the area of your life that is important to you right now:

  • Surviving the family Christmas
  • Making a career change
  • Coping with redundancy
  • Improving your health
  • Losing weight
  • Finding a relationship
  • Improving your relationship
  • Parenting challenges
  • Something else

Sometimes we might not feel like we are in the driving seat of our own lives. Things happen and we might find ourselves along a certain path without even realising how we got there. If you are happy with your life that’s great but maybe, like most of us, you have an inkling that there’s something more you could be doing or that you are not being totally true to yourself, or that there’s something you’d love to do or say but you hold yourself back because you feel silly or fearful of what your friends or family might say. In this taster workshop I will help you to create a crystal clear vision so you know exactly what you want, where you’re heading and what you need to do to make it happen. We’ll uncover some of the hidden challenges and obstacles that are stopping you achieving your goals and set you on a path towards a more positive future with you in control of your own life. Come and see me and let’s get the ball rolling. You will leave feeling positive and inspired and ready to take action and finally achieve the change you seek once and for all.

About Us

Lesley Stopford established Inspired Coaching in 2009. With a 20 year career in the health service as an occupational therapist, she has the knowledge and expertise that qualifies her to support people going through difficult circumstances and is passionate about promoting health and well being to adults and young people in their personal and working lives. With a background working in general medicine and psychiatry together with an ongoing interest in psychology and modern interventions to mental health, she understands the importance of early intervention to reduce the damaging effects of stress on people’s lives. If people are supported in the early stages of a life changing challenge they are less likely to become de-motivated, disaffected or depressed and more emotionally able to take personal responsibility for their wellbeing leading to raised self esteem, greater confidence, capability and satisfaction with life, work and relationships and to continue to make a valuable contribution to society.
